Cacao Latino feels the need of the worldwide growing demand for good quality cocoa. For that reason cacao latino started by selecting good and small cacao producing families who are more stable to suplly fine cocoas for the specialty markets. All cacao from bean to chocolate products supplied by cacao latino are from frist quality cacao based on selected cacao clones and criollo cacao from the Costa Rican origin. Costa Rica was also nominated in the Salon du Chocolat of Paris, "Cocoa of Excellence"
